Return & Exchange Policy - IVALO

At Ivalo, we want you and your baby to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help with returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Period

We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • The request is made within the 7-day window.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons for babies, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, teethers).
  • Diapers and nappies.
  • Baby innerwear and socks.
  • Personal care items (soaps, lotions, powders).

4. Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup services for most pincodes in India. A nominal fee of ₹100 may be deducted from your refund to cover the reverse logistics cost. If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We require an unboxing video or clear photos of the damage to process a free replacement or full refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit or Bank Transfer (details will be requested).
