At Ivalo Baby, we are committed to delivering high-quality products for your little one. If you receive a damaged product or there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product.
You received an incorrect product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.
Once approved, our team will arrange the return or replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
The product is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.
Your order is cancelled before it is shipped.
Your order is cancelled by Ivalo Baby due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen circumstances.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging
Hygiene and feeding products unless they are received damaged or incorrect
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
